Setting & Focus
Our groups, which range from sizes of 10-12 women, meet virtually every month.
They are led by a Great Dame with experience in facilitation and designed specifically to meet the needs of the group members.
Meetings vary. Sometimes, we focus on a particular exercise like setting intentions and action plans. Sometimes, a member presents on a topic of interest. Other times we have a group think tank discussion.
Our current facilitators include:
Adina Laver, MBA, M.Ed., CPC, Courage to be Curious founder; mindset coach; disruptive growth strategist; experienced facilitator
Nina Sherak, MS, CHES, CAPP, Resilience Mastery coaching, training and mastermind; Great Dames peer group program designer and experienced facilitator
Kathy Palokoff, GoFirestarter chief igniter & founder; serial entrepreneur; experienced facilitator
Sharon Kelly Hake, Great Dames founder & president
Service Projects
Some groups also decide to work together on one or two yearly service projects to help their community and build their connection to each other.
We strongly encourage intergenerational membership to provide a richness of perspectives. The only requirement is that the woman is currently working as a professional, volunteer, employee or business owner.
